As I began my first year in Junior High, I was introduced to the world of fitness when I purchased my first muscle magazine. When I saw Harold Poole, the "Worlds Most Muscular Man" for the first time, I was instantly hooked. This life changing moment would set into motion a lifetime of study into the science of fitness, health, and the aging process that still continues to this very day. With 40 years of experience and training, my qualifications will help you achieve optimal health.
My philosophy is very simple. If you feel you need to see a doctor, then by all means, see a doctor. But if you are just plain sick and tired of being sick and tired, then you call me.
